Hi,

As per http://www.codetwo.com the definition is as follow: CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003

enables centralized management of signatures and company disclaimers in email messages sent via Microsoft Exchange and Small Business Server. CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003 will help you keep a unified and professional look of user signatures and will enhance the visual corporate identity of your business. At the same time the application will make your company mail in keeping with the current legal regulations.

And you can have a look at the user guide by going to:  http://www.codetwo.com/pages/products/exchange_rules_3.0/userguide/v.3/intro.htm
Dear Hendrik
Thanks i managed to create code 2 rule in my exchange server 2003 SBS , But i have some queries kindly help me to resolve .
1) cant we create code 2 rules in server directly instead of installing the code 2 rulke setup file ? or we can configure code 2 rule through this setup file only ?
2)  after creating code 2 rule in my server . i tried sending mail to my personal email id from company server . although its coming along with signatures but at the bottom of signature it shows  "

please correct me here :-

you mean that in exchange 2003 we need to purchase third party software of rule code 2 and in exchange 2010 we dont require ?
right ?
please advice
In exchange 2010 you can set this up in the GUI.

You can use one of the following two methods using VB Script within exchange 2003:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;317327
or
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;317680
or
you would have to purchase a 3rd party tool like CodeTwo
Hi ,
i ahve a little dought as i tried sending the signature through code 2 rule from my exchange server and its ok , but i want it other way as :-
i want that my users should use there own respective signatures on there outlook, only thing i want to change is that i want to use code 2 rule to add one single quote or jpeg image or any slogan at the bottom of the signatures of user .
How can i do that
please advice
You may want to look at Exclaimer Signature Manager or Exclaimer Mail Utilities, they are easier to setup and configure then CodeTwo Exchange Rules.
thanks
