If a user is having a problem and calls me on the phone, how do I see their screen using SMS. I remember doing it in the past, but it has been a long time and now I do not even remember how to get into SMS. &nbsp;If I could get that far, I am sure it would all come back. &nbsp;I remember it was right clicking on the user name and selecting 'screenshare' or something like that.<br />
