A customer bought a new scanner but the it arrived with the glass broken. FOr vaious reasons we decided to repair it here. After changing the glass the scanner would not move and I realised that it was jamming on the glass. When this was adjust the scanner moves but it makes a grating noise while scanning. I am looking for a manual or some idea as to the reason.
