If you have exported the metadata into the CSV file simply go to managed metadata store in central admin and import it back. Is there any problem with that?

We created a new server, backup and restore of the SharepointSite 2010 and the managed meta data did not come over with it. &nbsp;We exported all the data from the old site in to a csv file, now we need to know how to import it rather than start from scratch.<br />
