Purchasing new RAM for this module

This is what Cruicial says I need:

DDR2 PC2-5300, DDR2 (ECC)
DDR2 PC2-5300

DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • Unbuffered • ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 72 •   •  Part #: CT908821

The official PDF says: 256MB/4GB ECC DDR-2 400/533 SDRAM

Dell Poweredge 800 is a server, doest it needs special server RAM
Ive found a few chips online that fit the description above yet

I use a lot of Dell server and always buy direct from Dell or use Kingston RAM. As its a server it deserves memory that costs a little more.

Check this site out for Dell memory:-
http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/memconfig.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19
You can put your server's service tag in and it should tell you what modules you need.

Alternatively, try the Kingston memory configurator:-
http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/mfrmod.asp?root=&LinkBack=

They should get you what you need.
