In 2008, Cisco offered a free tools from NetQoS, the NetQoS Latency Calculator to help network engineers ensure application performance across the WAN. You can set router latency, wide area link speed and distance for each of a pair of routers<br />

NetQoS was sold to CA and while Google references the download, the link is no more. &nbsp;Can anyone suggest a similar freeware tool? &nbsp;Or perhaps you have the installation file from the tool above?
