FireFox for one address only

Let me first state that I'm not trying to ignite a browser suggestion war.  I have a client who utilizes Internet Explorer as the browser for their environment.  However, they want to use Firefox to open one web-page only.  Is it possible to specify that one particular address uses firefox while all other websites are viewed through Internet Explorer?  I'd like to be able to create a desktop shortcut to this one site and have it launch Firefox, but any other html traffic still uses IE.

Sometimes the best solution is the easiest.  Thanks, I was way over-thinking this.

Glad I can help.  I had the advantage of distance from the problem.
I started with Experts Exchange in 2004 and it's been a mainstay of my professional computing life since. It helped me launch a career as a programmer / Oracle data analyst
