How do I disable Colleagues on User Profiles within SharePoint 2010 so users do not see the link to &quot;Add as a Colleague&quot;?<br />

I already know how to hide the tab on Profiles, but not how to disable this functionality on other pages (profiles, search, etc).<br />

Based on the permissions description for &quot;Personal Features&quot;, I'm wondering if there is a hidden Feature for Colleagues to turn on/off:<br />
