We have 3, maybe 4 people who wish to receive the same reminder notification for a shared calendar entry.
They each have their own Exchange/Outlook account and we currently use a whole different account as a shared calendar (eg. STLF.Shared) that is specifically for this area of law and nothing more.
Is it possible to make it so each of the 3 (4) people receive a reminder as if it was for their own calendar?
If so, how do we do it? We would prefer not to pay for a 3rd party program, but if necessary, so be it.
PS... our exchange server is 2003 and the clients use 2003, 2007, and 2010 (depending on the age of the computer)
