Exchage 2007 Public folder for Contacts

Hi Experts,

I have exported a public folder which have shared contacts to a PST file.

I impoted them into an adminstrator contact list then moved them to a public folder called shared contacts.

How do i configure exchange 2007 so that the public folder shows for all users when they open outlook.

I have shared the contacts at the moment just to get me by.

So long as the users have permissions to the folder they should automatically be able to see it by clicking on the folders view in Outlook.

ok i went into the toolbox and public folder management and put the shared contacts under the default public folder and i can see them all, when i am in outlook i can move a folder to it, but i can see the folder.
Sorry to ask the dumb question, but where do i apply the permissions
