I figured this out, after installing all the updates on the server and installing sp1 on exchange, it started working.

am I missing something here, I can't find the themes in a fresh install of exchange 2010. &nbsp;I haven't yet installed sp1 if that makes a difference. &nbsp;can someone point me in the right direction to have the themes available for users.
