Windows 7 takes long time to boot

Hi,

I've copied my Windows 7 partition to a new drive (first created a partition and then copied all files with linux live cd) When I start windows on my new drive it takes a long time before the desktop is shown. The windows login in screen does load normally (fast), so the problem is after I login. When the desktop is loaded desktop.ini is opened two times in notepad. What's going on here?

Thanks in advance
