We have a blackberry server. One of the users has packets pending delivery to his BB device. <br />
I restarted the BB controller service but that had no effect on the issue.<br />
<br />
What do i need to do to get the messages flowing to his device?<br />

Thank you for taking the time out to read my question. 
We have a blackberry server. One of the users has packets pending delivery to his BB device.
