The ORA-14098 error occurs on an exchange partition because the new partition does not have an identical local index to match the non partitioned index.

Remember, for every non partitioned index for the non partitioned table, there has to be an identical LOCAL index on the partitioned table and vice versa

alter table table1 exchange partition p20110711 with table table2 including indexes without validation

what is the fix for this, do i need to rebuild indexes in a different way?
