Exmerge failure

Hi
I need to do some housekeeping on our exchange box. I am using exmerge to purge the users email to PST then delete the mailbox and AD account.
When I try to run exmerge, I get as far as the job starting but it fails.

I've attached the log file for reference to the issue. ExMerge.log

What account are you logged on, when running exmerge? Is your account delegated on the exchange server as full administrator? Right click the Exchange object in System manager and select "delegate control" to check it.

I'm logged in as a domain admin.
By default, the admin account does not have the send as and recieve as permission enabled. You need to enable those to use exmerge. See the KB:
