how do you separate and print/list a certain group in an Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet

Expert:
New to Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet. I have an Excel Worksheet with a list of people's names in one column called "Names" and another column called "Group" which shows the respective group that the person belongs too. I need someone to show me how to break out and print/list the Names  by Group. any help how to do this would be great
Example
Group               Names
blue                 mary doe
blue                   joe doe
abc                  tom smith
xyz                   john doe
xyz                   jim  brownt

If you need to print groups separately, you can right-click the group field on the pivot, go to Field Settings, Layout and Print, and click Insert Page Break after each item.

nutsch:
I have lots of columns. Column A is the "Names" column  and column E is the "Group" column
A "Create PivotTable popup" appeared with
Table/Range: 'Report_(All_people)(1)'!$A$1:$G$1000
and with default checkbox  =  New Worksheet

now please to tell me what do I have to do to "Put the Group and Names as column Fields" as you indicated?

Which excel version are you on?
