Here is what you need to check :
1. Do a message tracking to see where the mail is going .
2. check OWA to see if you see the emails there.
3. How many users are affected ?
4. when you say - some mail - is it internet mails or Internal mails too?

where do i go to run the command line? the exchange managment shell or console?
I believe the mail box and hub are on the same server...
server config
shows
- mailbox
- client access
- hub transport
- unified message

i don't have ldp.exe on the server...my server is 2003 R 2 with 64-bit
Run it on your domain controller
start -->run --> LDP.
start -->run --> LDP.
From the message tracking it shows that the mail is delivered to the store !
lets do one thing.
Move the effected users mailbox to a different store. [moving mailbox removes the corruption in it.]
once done lets test it

comes up w/ file not found when i run ldp
ASKER
i only have 1 store on the server
You then might have to run an isinteg on the database. could be a database corruption issue.
