Having trouble applyiing Internet Explorer 8 Group Policies via AD
Our Data Security department wants us to apply certain IE 8 policies to all of our XP workstations.
When trying to create the IE 8 Group Policy via Group Policy Management Console to our existing environment; it seems like some of the setting are missing. For instance, on a local XP workstation we have a setting (Disable changing Automatic Configuration settings) which doesn't appear on the GP Management console. Thus not allowing us to set the policies the Data Security team wants us implement.
Our environment consists of:
-400 XP Professional Workstations SP3 and fully patched
-3 Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Domain Controllers.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
