Why is the user unable to sign into Crystal Reports
Hello. One business user is unable to sign onto Crystal Reports. The error message is "Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again."
- We checked her Crystal setup and it looks good
- Active Directory team reset her password
- Active Directory team created a new account for her and we created a Crystal one
- We deleted her old user id and then added it back to Crystal
We are on Crystal XI - release 2
Do you have any suggestions on what we or the AD team should be looking for?
