Access Terminal server remotely windows server 2008

When I try remotely access to a server via terminal service, can only using administrator accounts.

This is because the users you're tryign to connect as are not in the correct security group.

right click on my computer go to manage and go to user account and groups

you should see one called rdp or remote desktop or termianl services. Add the users to this group and they will be able to connect
