how to block using USB external storage devices?

Hi

We need to block in all workstations the use of removable USB storage devices, how could we do that?

You could disable the USB Feature from each workstation viz BIOS. That would ensure that the USB port is disabled from the hardware side. Difficulty would be low and any tech can perform the task.

If perform the disable of USB from BIOS, please add in a BIOS password so users do not change that feature.

I forgot to mention that we only need to block USB for storage devices, because we have USB keyboards.
