A client uses Outlook Express 6.0 for his email client on an XP Pro Sp3 box.
He has two mail accounts, both of which were working without problems for several years.
Suddenly he is getting an error on one of the accounts.The other is working normally.
The error is "No socket. Error 10013. Error Number 0x800ccc0e"
The firewall is correctly configured but telnet cannot get a connection either, so it appears SMTP is blocked somehow.
Checking the MX record returns the correct information.
