Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003
Guys,
Could you please clarify, what is the official Microsoft stance on this, we have a couple of users in our organization with exchange mailboxes larger 5GB+
These guys are always complaining the time it takes to click from mailbox to calender view and I suspect it's as a direct result of there mailbox size, I've heard mixed report that 2GB+ mailboxes are supported with outlook 2007, but what is the limit,
Also what else can be the cause of the slow calender response, when clicking on a calender resource, the items takes awhile to populate and display

20GB now 16GB,
cached mode is turned on, still there is performance issues, it's not a network issue, it's not an exchange issue, just specific to users with large mailboxes.....

thanks for the comments guys, I've enable cached mode and recreated the user's OST file, it has significantly improved matters, the user however "claims" that calender entries which shows in her General Manager calender on his PC is not showing on her PC when she views them on her machine? What could be the reason for that?

hasn't really solved my problem,
Also, is their Outlook configured for Cached Exchange Mode? If not, they Outlook has to download their entire Calendar / Mailbox when they connect. It's a good idea to have this turned on, especially if they have a large mailbox.
