Can't "change ARS analysis 1800" on Avaya Definity system.
We need to allow 1-855 numbers to our PBX and it's been denied. I can do this:
display ars analysis 1855
and view the configuration, but I can't change it.
I'm logged into the system as the default user...not sure if there is a default admin user account I need to use or not.

Thank you. This was exactly what it was...even though I was a "super-user" I didn't have permissions to "Administer Trunks" or "Administer Permissions".
Naturally, this user account is the only one enabled, so I did end up calling the last person who was maintaining the system. He's trying to enable his old account to grant me the correct permissions.
Thanks for the tip...I always thought it was a permission issue.
