Database and Log file Size

Hi,
what is the best way to find out the following for MSServer 2005
DB size
Available space
Log Size
Available log size and etc

I just want to have a good visual of what is happening with the database size and log file.  thanks for your help.

Why don't you use the built in reports in SSMS, specifically "Disk Usage", that should be graphic enough!
