Same email, Same Message ID keeps getting placed in the user mailbox every 4 hours

For the last two days, I have an email that was sent to a user and now the email keeps getting placed into his mailbox every 4 hours.  It is the same email and in message tracker the email is in the same message id from two days ago.

There areno errors in the event logs, user account settings are set like everyone else.  I have paused the queue and deleted the email from the queue, and it still comes back.  I have checked the queue folder and exchange settings.

Also check temp tables if you find a copy there


Also check in message tracking if you are receiving it from internet... by that i mean if the sender's domain has a problem and they keep sending you this message. Your exchange server will receove this message and deliver. Duplicate detection will not work as it is more than one hour.
