NTUSER.DAT corrupting

User have problem with logon in enviroment Terminal Server Windows 2003. When user logon, show error:

Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

In EventViewer the message is:

============================================================================================================================================

EventID 1500
DETAIL - The system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format.

EventID 1502
DETAIL - The system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format.

EventID 1508
DETAIL - The system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format.  for X:\Documents and Settings\NRRSL\ntuser.dat

============================================================================================================================================

The problem is NTUSER.DAT file corruption, where the next login of the User, he can not log in because the file is already corrupted.

 I wonder how I can identify what might be corrupting the file NTUSER.DAT. The AntiVirus is already disposed.

Registry (profile) corruption is not that uncommon..... If this is an isolated incident, I would be more inclined to just rebuild a NEW profile, but if this is happening more and more, to many users, I would start looking at the integrity of the disks....
