Crystal Report via SAP business one 8.8 and Windows 7

Windows 7 User is an administrator of her  machine, and has full auth in SAP to run these reports.

If you open a report via crystal all is fine, however if you try to open in SAP either via electronic report or view external report you get following:

Error while running crystal report 410000065

if same user trys to open these reports in SAP on a XP machine user is able to run them successfully

I just looked at the documentation for 8.8 , depending on when you purchased it, you may need a service pack or update for windows 7.0 looks like they were going to make it compatible by Q2 2010.
Disregard what I said, I looked in the wrong document.
do you have  service pack 2007 A SP01 PL07, 2007 B PL15, and 8.8 PL06

I am not familiar with Business One 8.8.

Is it run as a user app or a network/server app?
If network/server it may be run as under a system user and need permissions on the server or network.

The error doesn't look like a Crystal error.

If user has domain admin access they can run repports on windows 7 machine.  I  setup another windows 7 machine user just had full access to that machine and domain user access to the network.

I loaded SAP and my Anti virus only to see if it was a windows update that was causing the problem and it has appeared to be working successfully.
This morning I will do my updates and office installations.

on the machine that is causing problems - I un-installed SAP and crystal reprots and I did a registry clean with cc cleaner, I then re-installed SAP only and I was able to open the report via SAP fine with no errors, however, next user was back to the same error unable to open the report.

This may not be related but it's a dell machine I having the problem with, my machine that I have done the new install on is a HP.

would it be something that is remaining in the registry on the dell machine and the shut down has caused it not to work after I got it to work after the registry clean, and sap / crystal un-install/re-install?
