Unexpected Server Shutdowns Unexplainable

We have a client with a ML310G5 HP server. This server is shutting down around 12am every Saturday and we cannot figure out why. We went in last week and flashed all the firmware on the machine and it still shuts down on Saturdays. But that's not the only thing; If we hold the power button to shut the server down and turn it back on, it will not come up. In order to get the machine to power back on, we have to unplug the server from the UPS for a few seconds and retry. This has been going on for about a month and we are about to call HP.

That's just one of the logs that windows has kicked back from this error. This problem occurred once in December and once in January but now its every Saturday. I've checked Task scheduler and nothing is scheduled for a Saturday.

Some of the application running with the server include:

VIPRE Enterprise V4.0.4359
Backup Assist V5.4.7
Kerio Connect V7.0.2
Mozy Pro V2.8.4.0

Updates are run around once a month.

Server 2008 x86
Intel Zeon X3330 2.66GHZ
5 GB RAM

If anyone has any idea of what this could be it would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks!

Good thinking on the UPS self-test, but that wasnt it.   Flashed the system firmware, and it seems to be resolved (the iLO firmware specifically).   This is just another HP server with issues related to one of the iLO firmware versions.   I had a number of ML350's last year thet kept rebooting.  HP told me it was the UPS, until I got the right tech, who pointed out the issue with the iLO.
