Windows Server 2008 R2 member srver isn't accessable to local network
I recently uninstalled AVG antivirus on my Windows Server 2008 r2 member server. After uninstalling and rebooting, the server was no longer reachable by the rest of the network, or by the main DC which is a Win 2003 SBS.
There are a few services that won't automatically start.
Base Filtering Service
Diagnostic Policy Service
Windows Firewall Service
They give an error 5: Access denied when trying to start. I had a feeling these were keeping the member server from being able to be accessed from the rest of the network. Can't ping it either.

run msconfig
Look under the service tab,
Loof for any AVG services, especially one that says something like AVG Filter Driver.
Dissable any you find.
Click OK
Reboot.

nothing under Msconfig that has AVG. I only have one network card enabled. I never have had them enabled together. I ran sfc/ scannow and it didn't find any integrity violations.
Check the Log On within the properties of the services not starting to see if they have the correct permissions

The account is the Local Service account.
That is right.
