My question is, in a HA environment, when a xenserver fails(ethernet cable pulled) and the VM(server 2003) restarts on the other XenServer, what state should the SVR2003 be in.<br />
What I see is that the Server2003 VM comes up as if it crashes because power was pulled or something similar.<br />
I thought XenMotion would cleanly migrate the VM to the running server and it would continue running.<br />

I have setup 2 XenServer 5.6SP2 machines with one running Openfiler with a shared iSCSI heartbeat disk and shared NFS Storage. Moving a VM between XenServers is fine with XenMotion and that's how I thought the HA would work.<br />
