Outlook 2010 - Mailtips Missing
Hi
I had a user who was getting an error message when using Mailtips that it could not contact the Exchange Server. In an effort to resolve the issue I went to File - Options - Mail and change the MailTips bar display options to Never display MailTips. My thoughts were to change it to this and restart Outlook and then change it back to Display automatically when MailTips apply.
After I restarted Outlook the MaiilTips Setting in Options - Mail is no longer listed. How can I get that back?
Thanks
Matt

I had already found this. The information is not here. MailTips is working of all of my other Outlook clients - its just this one instance of Outlook 2010.
