migrating sbs 2008 to windows server 2008 with Exchange 2010

Hellou expert,
 I will be migrating small bussines server 2008 to new windows server 2008 standart with exchange 2010, can anyone please point me to some step-by step guide? I wasnt able to google anything, seems that everyone is only migrating sbs XXXX to sbs XXYY.
