I did reactivate some Norton Internet Security add-ins that were never activated when the installation was originally done about 5 months ago.

Hi All -<br />

A few days ago, I opened Outlook and found that all of the category colors of all of the entries in my calendar reverted to one color.<br />
<br />
Today, the calendar shows the colors again. I did nothing to cause either event and I never restarted the processor.<br />
<br />
Now, all of my quick steps disappeared and the quick steps box is grayed-out and I cannot use the box at all.<br />
<br />
Please help!<br />
