Outlook 2010 GUI changed for no reason

Hi All -

A few days ago, I opened Outlook and found that all of the category colors of all of the entries in my calendar reverted to one color.

Today, the calendar shows the colors again. I did nothing to cause either event and I never restarted the processor.

Now, all of my quick steps disappeared and the quick steps box is grayed-out and I cannot use the box at all.

Please help!

Did you by any chance recreate your profile? If not, can you try creating a new profile?

Also, did you install any add-ins?

No profile changes.

I did reactivate some Norton Internet Security add-ins that were never activated when the installation was originally done about 5 months ago.

That might have caused it. Try disabling the addin and try again
