back up exech error

Hi

I am using back up exec 11d. and keep get error

my back up is not working

Backup- \\server.Company.LOCAL\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group Media mount failed.
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.
V-79-57344-33861 - The media operation was terminated by the user.

I have change the company

You probably need to change the media set, since the location of the media has changed with the name change.

Also check the backup job templates to change the media set accordingly.
