Sage Act 11.1 error the email program is not available

I have Just service packed Sage Act version 11 and now cannot start the program on the client.
(It works on the server and on another client)
Can anyone help?

This may be caused by damaged or incomplete Microsoft® Visual C++ Runtime libraries on your machine. Take a look at this Sage knowledgebase article as a potential solution:-

Thanks Steve but I have sorted it,  I was logged in as administrator, when I logged in as the user it worked fine.
