vCards not opening up in Outlook

Hi,

I have a user that is running Outlook 2007 in Windows 7.  Whenever a vCard gets sent to them, it shows up as an attachement as a regular Windows envelope.  When it is opened, it is blank.  I have confirmed that .vcf files are associated with Outlook.  They are running Exchange 2007.  Any suggestions?

If the vCard is sent as an attachment...the final output might be a blank message.

work-around:
Browser the Contacts folder, acces the vCard
use the Forward option @ "Actions Menu"...check the behaviour
