I have a problem blackberry.
Blackberry users cant get mails.

help pls? BES

Make sure they are registered in the server.

yes they are ,I know because BES was OK two days ago.

Then you might have corruption in the server.  Can you use a Backup file to restore to a time when you know it was working?

i tryed now i have error CompressEncrypt() failed - no encryption key or the key is not allowed
