How to Change Outlook Resource Scheduling settings with GP or Registry Key?

Where in the Outlook 2010 Adm template for group policy or where in the Windows 7 registry can I set the following settings to unchecked?

Outlook 2010 - Outlook Options - Calendar - Resource Scheduling

Did you get a chance to review the KB
Direct Booking does not successfully book a resource in Outlook 2010

I wish to make the two options under "Outlook 2010 - Outlook Options - Calendar - Resource Scheduling" unchecked and greyed out to prevent anyone from checking them.

The KB article appears to give information on enabling or disabling direct booking. I do not see any information on disabling the options under "Outlook 2010 - Outlook Options - Calendar - Resource Scheduling".
