I don't know when I was accidentially opened the Windows Live Mail program, I cannot access the Windows Live mail web site directly by clicking the email link or the mail button on Windows Live Messenger...I want to have it back, anyone can help?

I want to click the Live Messenger's Mail button icon, can open Windows Live Mail (Hotmail) website directly.

and when I click any link on any website, it will do the same.

I find that open any email program is very useless and annoying...
I just wanna access the Hotmail Inbox directly...

The easiest way is to:-
1.Download the "Register Hotmail with Default Programs" tool:-

http://www.winhelponline.com/utils/registerhm.zip

2.Unzip, extract the files (registerhotmail.exe and readme.txt) to a folder
3.Double-click registerhotmail.exe to run it
4.Click Register Windows Live Hotmail with Default Programs
5.Optionally, click Set Windows Live Hotmail as the default (for the current user)

This should set Windows Live Hotmail as your default for mail.

Yes, no problem.

1.Open Default Programs by clicking the Start button (Windows logo orb at the bottom left), and then clicking Default Programs.
2.Click "Set your default programs".
3.Under Programs, click the e-mail program you'd like to use, and then click Set this program as default.
4.Click OK.

It is actually quite simple using the non-tool method however, I wasn't certain that Windows Live Hotmail was going to be listed in your default programs selection. If it isn't listed then you're back to the tool i'm afraid.
