ankhsvn branch solution svn problem

Hi Experts,
I have an existing repository that I've been using for a long time.  I didn't create this repository with the trunk/branch/tag directories - I had an existing directory structure with many projects pointing to one dev root folder - so I did an initial add of all these and have been using svn for about 2 years with this structure.

Now I'm trying to use ankhsvn to 'branch solution'.  I always get the following exception though:
SharpSvn.SvnRepositoryIOException: OPTIONS of 'http://IP_OF_MY_SERVER:443/dev/branches': 200 OK

Any idea what I could be doing wrong (this is an internal error with ankhsvn).

Thanks a lot!
Mike

i would assume the ankhsvn is not compatible with the .svn files you have in your tree. you could try to get contact with the ankhsvn developers to get your problem solved. or, if you don't need the old repository together with the new branch, you could try to build a new tree with no repository information and let ankhsvn create new repositories on that tree before branching.
