Why do all Plain text message show in yellow font in Outlook 2010

All Plain text messages show in yellow fonts in Outlook 2010 for some (not all) installations on our network. Anyone know what's up with this?

The solution was in the stationary settings. Even though the selection was "No Theme" the message body fonts were showing yellow. Had to pick a theme (I chose Arctic) and removed the selections for Vivid Colors, Active Graphics, and Background Image. Then on the main screen, the option to "Always Use My Fonts" became enabled. I selected this option and set all 3 fonts, including messages with Plain Text format to Calibri 10. This fixed the issue for all users having the symptom.
