Scanning showing fuzzy

Hi,

Got a multifunction which is acting a little weird. When scanning from ADF to computer, the first page scans fine but the second turns out unreadable. See attached. The second page says PAGE 2.

Firmware, drivers and scanning software has been updated to the latest version.

any idea? 1.pdf

That isn't fuzzy, it's a bad scan.

Well I'm aware of that but that's just how I described it. It does it every time though...

Thought I accepted this as answered already. Anywho - solution worked perfectly. Odd that HP hasn't addressed the problem in a new build/patch.

You're welcome.  HP and other companies don't go back fix anything they consider 'obselete'.  And 'obselete' comes  quicker and quicker these days.
