I have a report made up of five columns. One column is called "ATA". Sometimes there is no data in the row, because non is available from the database. I want to get data from another (existing) query to fill in the gap. In other words populate the entire column. Can you explain how to do that?

Typically, you would code that dataitem something like:
IF ([Package].[querysubject].[ata] > -1)
THEN ([Package].[querysubject].[ata])
ELSE ([Package].[querysubject].[OtherDataItem])

Hi,
really sorry about not responding sooner.. But been really busy with other projects. Basically yes, this helped. Think there was a couple of quotes missing, plus I didn't add my join correctly, so still not working, but I'm sure it will when I get time to test again. Thanks.
