Can't install XenApp 6.5 on a fresh W2K8 R2 SP1 Server

I try to install XenApp 6.5 on a fresh setup W2K8 R2 SP1 Server, no other Software is installed yet.

The "xenappserversetup.exe exited with the following error: "...XenAppServerSetup.exe exited with error code -2147023829"

Find attached the installation log file.

What can i do to istall XenApp 6.5? Citrix-XenAppServerSetup-2011-09.log
