Did you make any changes to your blog recently?  New theme, permalink structure, categories?

Okay.  Generally when a feed stops updating it's because the next post in the list has some sort of invalid or illegal content.  Can you check your My Account page on Feedburner and see if your FeedBulletin is complaining?

ok i clicked on the new beta version of feedburner and i saw some complaints

it says that google had trouble retrieiving your source feed???

not sure why it says that...

im wondering if i should delete the whole feed and start over from scratch or would that cause serious headache???

I think you might need to work through this with Feedburner support.  I would NOT delete the feed and start over...I think your current subscribers would not automatically transition.
