app pool in iis6 keeps on crashing every few min

I have a windows server 2003 with IIS6.  We have multiple websites and are using DNN.
All of our sites are fine, but one.  For some reason, the app pool keeps on crashing taking down the site with the error message "server is too busy".  I have attached the error message in the attached word doc.
If I restart the app pool, it works for a few minutes and then keeps on crashing.  iis6-errors.doc

How do I fix this, it just started doing this a few hours ago?

Hi

The reason you get this error and W3WP crashes might be because of your computers
memory.  How much system memory do you have?  Also download this Davex.dll and
put in c:\windows\system32 folder.  After that open command prompt and execute this

c:> net stop
then after that
c:>net start

see if that works for you.

Thanks for the input, I figured out the problem, it was a DOS attack on one of my websites.
I blocked the IP in IIS, and I've also sent a note to my hosting company to block the IP address on their routers.  I've also reported the incident to the ISP of the attacker.
