ASp.Checkbox in Grid view + asp.net/vb.net

I am getting the following error.  Cannot figure , what is this error, which character is not valid. Urgently rneeded to figure it out.

I think that it is on this line:
<HeaderTemplate>Aktiver/ deaktiver</HeaderTemplate>

I believe that you would want to put the text in a label if you want to display it as your header.
<HeaderTemplate><asp:Label ID="lblHeader" runat="server" text="Aktiver/ deaktiver" /></HeaderTemplate>
