I recently added a 4th alias to our Exchange SSL certificate (from a 3rd party trusted authority). Since adding the new cert, IMAP4 is no longer working. We use this for some of our apps to connect to Exchange. Everything else about the certificate seems fine. <br />

Events produced are as follows. <br />
Source - MSExchangeIMAP4<br />
Event ID - 1102<br />
&quot;The IMAP4 service failed to connect using SSL or TLS encryption. No valid certificate is configured to respond to SSL/TLS connections. Check the configured host name as well as which certificates are installed in the Personal Certificates store of the computer.&quot;<br />

Have tried restarting the IMAP service and the exchange server.
