Hi,
I have received a pdf with markup. I know it's possible to print the document with the markup, but I don't know how and I can't seem to figure it out. I've provided a screenshot what the document looks like. I manage to print with the markup by chossing "Document and markup", but the comments don't appear in the print out. I have Adobe Acrobat Standard 8.0.
Any ideas?

This is in Acrobat X so you might not have this option in Acrobat 8.
Go to Tools> Preferences> Commenting and select Print notes and popups

I haven't got any docs to test it with but that should work.

Thanks for your input. Adobe Acrobat doesn't have the option you suggested, but your suggestion made me go in the right direction - there was an option under the comment tab that had the print option!

cheers
